1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Rateflow account you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Rateflow helps Australian businesses request Google reviews, reply to reviews, and send invoices. Features depend on your plan and may change over time.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent before messaging your customers, for the accuracy of the details you enter, and for complying with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, and Google's review policies. You must not send messages to people who have opted out.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. A free trial may apply. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Rateflow to send spam, incentivise or fake reviews, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Data & privacy

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and store data in Australia. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Liability

Rateflow is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
